Thurston Media Refund Policy

At Thurston Media, we are committed to providing high-quality marketing services and products. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a purchase or contract is completed.While all sales are final, Thurston Media may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit valid for 90 days. This credit does not constitute a refund and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All Sales Are Final:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, services, digital content, or subscriptions.

This policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to digital services, marketing packages, consulting sessions, and courses.

Non-Cancellable Digital Products & Services:

Once digital content or services have been delivered, accessed, or work has begun, they cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and Florida law.

Customer Acknowledgment:

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

You also agree that once our team has commenced work, setup, or access to digital deliverables, your order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Compliance with Florida Law:

Under Florida Statute § 501.142, refunds are not required unless the merchant has posted a refund policy stating otherwise.

Our "All Sales Final" policy is posted and disclosed prior to purchase, satisfying state law requirements.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare cases where a refund is required by law (e.g., defective goods under warranty), Thurston Media will comply with applicable federal and Florida consumer protection laws.
